APPEAL DECISION NOTICE

We regret to announce that, following the refusal of our initial planning application to relocate East Links Family Park to East Fortune Farm, our subsequent appeal was dismissed on Wednesday, 7th January 2025, by a government-appointed reporter.

The Brand Family is deeply disappointed by this outcome. We invested considerable effort into making this project a sustainable opportunity to secure the future of East Fortune Farm, support the next generation of the Brand family, and protect the livelihoods of all our employees. We firmly believe the many benefits this new venture could have brought to the local community and beyond far outweighed the challenges, which could have been addressed with greater flexibility in reviewing our proposal.

We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to our customers and friends for their unwavering support and encouragement throughout this process.
