A clear, crisp wine vinegar made from Peleponessian, Cretan and Chardonnay grape varieties in the Kalamata region of the Southern Peleponese in Greece. The fine, slightly tart flavour makes this a perfect choice for fish dishes and white sauces and it is ideal for classic salad dressings or marinades. Acidity 6%
A bright, clear red wine vinegar with a slightly fruity flavour and a subtle sweetness. Produced from Nemean grape varieties of Agriorgitiko, Merlot and Cabernet grown in the Kalamata region of the Southern Peleponese in Greece. Ideally suited for cooking meat dishes, sweet & sour style sauces and for marinades or dressings. 6% Acidity
